Five days. One team. Decisions built for the world that's coming.
Planet Diplomats is a planet-centric design studio. We help leaders make decisions they can stand behind. On a product, a service, or a company-wide vision. Grounded in real-world data and a clear view of where the world is heading.
What we do
Today, the challenge is not a lack of ideas. It is deciding where to focus, what to build and why.
Planet Diplomats is a planet-centric design studio. We help organisations make better decisions in a world shaped by geopolitical uncertainty, systemic change and shifting markets.
We work at the intersection of strategy, foresight and product and service development — especially in situations where direction is unclear and decision-making slows down.
The outcome is clarity that enables decisive action.
Inside the sprint
Five days, one outcome.
DAY 01
Map
Shared understanding of the challenge and one sharp question to answer this week.
DAY 02
Sketch
A wide field of considered solutions on paper. Every perspective in, no groupthink.
DAY 03
Decide
One committed direction and a storyboard ready to build.
DAY 04
Prototype
A realistic prototype in hand, good enough to put in front of real users tomorrow.
DAY 05
Test
Honest user reactions and a confident go, iterate or kill call to act on Monday.
The problem
Big decisions get stuck in endless debate.
Leadership teams burn months in meetings, decks, and frameworks, yet the next move still isn't clear. Strategy stalls, roadmaps drift, and the cost of waiting compounds. Most organisations don't have a clarity problem about what to do; they have a clarity problem about what to commit to first.
The promise
In one week, you walk out with a roadmap you'd defend in front of the biosphere.
We compress months of strategy into five days of focused, facilitated work. The week ends with a prototype tested against real users and real planetary boundaries.
What you walk away with
Concrete deliverables, not another framework.
A clear direction
The single decision that moves both your product and your planetary impact forward.
A tested prototype
A realistic prototype validated with real users, and against ecological constraints.
An impact thesis
A defensible model linking the decision to specific planetary outcomes.
A roadmap
Clear priorities and milestones your team can run with on Monday.
A shared language
Your team leaves speaking the same dialect about climate, design, and trade-offs.
Stakeholder buy-in
Leadership saw the work being made. Selling it internally gets dramatically easier.
"We left the week with a sharpened vision and concrete next steps to move on."
Common questions
Before you book the call.
Who needs to be in the room?
5–7 people: a Decider with real authority, plus a cross-functional team (product, design, engineering, and at least one person close to your sustainability work).
Remote, in-person, or hybrid?
All three work. We facilitate identical sprints across formats. The structure compensates for the medium.
Do we need climate expertise on the team?
No. We bring the planet-centric scaffolding; you bring deep knowledge of your product and users. The sprint is where they meet.
What does it cost?
We quote per engagement based on team size, prep depth, and whether we travel. Most sprints sit in a predictable range. Happy to share specifics on the call.
What's the deliverable, really?
A tested prototype, a roadmap, an impact thesis, and most importantly, a leadership team aligned on the call. Not a slide deck for the shelf.
Why five days and not two?
Two days produce ideas. Five days produce a decision, because there's enough time to prototype it and put it in front of real users before the week ends.
Your next decision is waiting. Let's design it together.
A 30-minute discovery call. We listen, ask hard questions, and tell you honestly whether a sprint is the right next step. Reply within one business day.
