Her extensive leadership experience has been instrumental in serving customers across diverse industries, establishing her as a seasoned professional in the field.

Beyond her digital business leadership, Maija is a recognized expert in social sustainability. She has been a prominent advocate for gender equality in the tech industry through both her professional roles and her non-profit work as Chair of the Board at Future Female and as an Advisory Board Member at Women in Tech Finland.
